Our Agri Restaurant
In the company there is, available to guests but also to the public, a restaurant where it is possible to eat and taste typical Mugello and company dishes.
During the winter period, the places available are limited to the size of the restaurant itself, but during the summer, thanks to the use of the outdoor space, the places can increase.
A private parking is at guests' complete disposal.
The products used for the menu are mostly produced on the farm: lambs, rabbits, chickens and bullocks are raised by us, the salads and various vegetables come directly from our garden; the cured meats are made with local pigs, while the cheeses and ricotta are produced by us with freshly milked milk.
The potato tortelli, typical of our area, are handmade as are the tagliatelle and ravioli.
The typical menu of our restaurant:
• Tuscan appetizers with cold cuts, cheeses and croutons.
• First courses: Mugello tortelli with meat sauce, tortelli di Chiara (Palazzo Vecchio dressing), ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage, tagliatelle.
During the year, ravioli with nettle, tortelli, potatoes with yellow squash, mushrooms and wild boar can be present on the menu.
• Second courses: mixed roast (chicken, rabbit, pork), roast suckling pig, rosticciana and sausage, Florentine steak, pork loin and roast beef.
• Side dish: roast potatoes, fried potatoes, side dishes from the seasonal vegetable garden.
• Desserts of the house.
On request typical dishes of the ancient Tuscan cuisine.
Reservations are required by calling Irene at 0039/328/0725857 and with the reservation it is advisable to fix the menu!
If you celebrate an anniversary you can always consult with Irene who can make you a personalized dessert.
