Our shop of typical products
In 2015 the owners of the company decided to give anyone the opportunity to buy the products and set up a company shop. A wooden structure is built for this purpose and other producers of neighboring farms belonging to Campagna Amica are involved in the project, to guarantee the consumer genuine and zero-kilometer products. In the shop you will find dairy products, various jams, vegetables from the garden, fruit, oil, wine, honey, beer, pasta, truffle products, biscuits, cold cuts and much more...
The products of our company are all without preservatives and additives.
Our dairy
In 2013 the owners decided to build a mini-dairy with the idea of being able to offer farm products, especially to the customers of the farm. This project was carried out together with the University of Florence and the Consorzio del Marrone I.G.P., financed by Community funds from the PSR, to enhance company products and short chain products.At the base of the project the idea of creating a new product, not available on the market, and that is why we tried to make a yogurt with our high quality milk with the taste of the Mugello brown I.G.P..
To carry out this project it was necessary to create a 120-liter multipurpose prototype to make yogurt and a 30-liter kettle to make puree. Once the project was completed, the company continued to produce "brown" yogurt and over the years it has increased more and more types of products, always maintaining the same ethics, namely that of offering good and at the same time genuine products.
Our products are without preservatives, additives or other... obtained with only our milk and a lot of passion!
We make gift boxes, Christmas baskets and small jams for favors, baptisms, weddings, graduations, communions, confirmations etc.
